Hazard Analysis

Hazard Analysis-Quantitative fire hazard analysis is becoming the fundamental tool of modern fire safety engineering practice and is the enabling technology for the transition to performance-based codes and standards.

Hazards Survey activities may reveal opportunities to decrease the likelihood or magnitude of, or to improve recognition and management of, possible emergency conditions by modifying facility features or procedures.

Design and Engineering

Managing fire safety starts with the initial design of a building. The design should minimize the risk of fire and ensure that, if a fire does occur, appropriate fire safety systems (including active, passive, and procedural systems) are in place. It is now compulsory for companies to conduct a fire risk assessment. As an employer, or as someone who has control of a workplace, you must take reasonable steps to reduce the risk from fire and make sure people can safely escape if there is a fire.

System Integration

While each individual life-safety system performs a specific function, one of the most effective ways to enhance overall protection and gain other important benefits is through the integration of fire, emergency communications, security and life-safety systems. By bringing the annunciation, oversight and management of multiple systems together to a single point of control, you can strengthen the ability to identify problems, respond appropriately, manage the situation, and return to normal operations.

Equipment Procurement and Supply

Using a proven network of global suppliers we regularly provide a broad range of procurement goods and Services to our customers.In-depth experience in working with product suppliers across the globe ensures that supply chain challenges are addressed as an integral part of a logistics solution. Issues encountered through ?just-in-time procurement? as well as complex procurement for integrated projects, can be addressed using our knowledge of both the procurement process and transport solutions.

As a solutions provider, sometimes those solutions involve the installation of new fire protection, and fire suppression systems. Our staff of engineers design fire protection and suppression systems that are specific to your facility, that will detect and respond to fire conditions to ensure the safety of your occupants and minimal damage to your facility. Providing you with peace of mind, knowing that your facilities, and the people who live, work and play in them are safe from the ravages of fire.

Fire Testing, Commissioning & Training

The actions of employees if there is a fire are likely to be crucial to their safety and that of other people in the premises. All employees should receive basic fire safety induction training and attend refresher sessions at pre-determined intervals. You should ensure that all employee and contractors are told about the Fire Emergency Plan and are shown the escape routes.
